Third-Party Software Verification Policy
. This policy applies to administrators. If a player sees a violation of any of these rules, they can file a complaint .​

1. Computer checks are only carried out on the official project Discord by administrators with the "Cheat Hunter" role or via Google Meet.| Reprimand / Expulsion.

Note:The official Discord where checks can be carried out is: Onyx Role Play | GLOBAL
Explanation:The Google Meet link is provided by the administrator via a green message in the in-game chat or in the in-game report.
1.2 During the check, the administration must respect the person being checked.| Reprimand / Expulsion.
2. A check is only carried out if the player is suspected of cheating.
3. During the check, the player has the right to refuse to show any files/folders/pages if they deem it necessary.
Note:Refusal may influence the administration's final decision.
4. The player has the right to refuse/stop the check at any time if they deem it necessary.

5. The administrator has no right to request/view private messages or files without the player's consent.| Reprimand / Expulsion.
Note:Messages/dialogues with third-party software communities on various platforms are not private dialogues.
6. Checking is voluntary; the administration has no right to force any action.| Expulsion.
7. The server administration is prohibited from disclosing information about player data obtained during the check to third parties, except the current administration.| Expulsion + Blacklisting on the server (in the event of a violation).
8. If third-party software is found during the check, the administration has the right to block the account and terminate the check.
9. If other violations are found during the check (buying/selling currency), the administration has the right to issue an appropriate penalty.
10. Protecting/hiding third-party software does not preclude the use of third-party software. If no violations are detected during the check, the player may still receive a penalty.
11.1 The server administration has no right to demand that the player download any files.| Expulsion.

11.2 Any files can be checked for malware by the player on any site of their choosing.
Clarification: the administrator has no right to prohibit or select the site to be checked; everything is at the player's discretion.
12. A player who agrees to have their computer checked accepts the Terms of Service of Digital Minds Media, the operator of the Timeless, Ocean Anticheat, and Echo Anticheat services.
13. Recording and publishing materials related to the computer check conducted by the administration with the "Cheat Hunter" role on the official project Discord is prohibited. This includes video, audio, screenshots, and any other means of recording and later distributing information about the presence of third-party software. | Permanent Account Ban
