2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• I have dedicated most of my time in another city to FIB gaining experience in various departments with specialization in UC and Spec Ops and other departments. I have been a high command in FIB every single time in a another city and want to run FIB here and make it the best organization and make it stand out from the other organizations
  
• Being a part of these different departments, I learnt a lot about the tactical work in FIB and also helped me figure out better ways to handle situations and have better situational awareness.

From these learnings I believe I am capable enough to lead FIB as an organization and lead it to a better path.

• My final reason would be, I want to try and get many raids as i can and be the first leader to get over 20 raids and improve the RP standards of FIB. I will also make sure we attend every event.
