2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. To Set the Foundation and Standards for the Department
As the first leader in the LSPD police department. I hope to build a solid foundation and structure that shows our professionalism and our respect. If I were to be appointed as a leader in the LSPD. I will ensure that my department is a role model to all those that come after us. I will ensure that the LSPD begins as a well-organized and well disciplined department that represents our city well.
2. To Lead by Example and Build a Positive Reputation
I think leadership is about example, and I want to set that example for others to follow. I want my officers to look up to me as a symbol of teamwork, fairness, and excellent role playing. I want to make the LSPD a name that represents greatness within our city.
3. To Create a Balanced and Engaging Roleplay Experience for everyone
As the leader, I will set the example that will make RP fun for both officers and players. I want to have a realistic experience in LSPD and want my staff to enjoy it as well. I want to implement structure and creativity for players to have a good experience when they join Onyx RP.
3. Your experience in other projects (List the name of the project and 3 positions you held from the project)
I have extensive experience in the RP community, specifically in Grand RP. In this server, I have held HC in some of the largest departments that exist in Grand RP, namely Government (GOV), Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), and San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). In my experience within all of these positions, I have learned a great deal about how a department works and how important it is to remain professional within an established organization.
Working in different departments has given me a well rounded view regarding how law enforcement and governmental communications between agencies need to function. I have learned how to properly handle people and procedures and how to ensure that all steps I take are in line with achieving realism and fairness in role playing.
I believe that this background has equipped me to assume this role as a confident first leader of the LSPD because it has given me structure and discipline and a vision that will guide this department.
