Criminal Organization - Any family that has chosen a criminal path, as well as any gang, is considered a criminal organization.activities
Criminal Activity - Any activity that violates IC law and carries serious consequences (prison).
Headquarters (HQ) - The main area of a family/gang. Marked on the map by the gang's color or, in the case of families, by the home/office/warehouse and current property.
General rules
1.2 Players are not allowed to use the faction's warehouse and balance for personal purposes. | Imprisonment 30 minutes / WARN / Ban 3 - 30 days / Hardban 7 -30 / PermBan, as well as transaction cancellation / character wipe.
Note: Putting items from the faction's faction in the trunk/warehouse in a house or apartment also counts as personal use.
1.3 Recruitment to a faction can only take place in the main territory of the faction. | Imprisonment 35 minutes / Reprimand for the leader
1.4 The main territory of a faction in RP logic is a place densely populated by crime.
1.5 Any provocations and aggression are prohibited during dialogue in the main territory. | Prison 35 minutes . 1.6
Players must wear clothing in their faction colors (at least the top half should be visible under the vest). They must use their faction's cars or faction-colored cars for criminal activities. | Prison 35 minutes.
1.7 Escaping into the territory of criminal factions is forbidden. | Prison 35 minutes.
1.8 All criminal activities that break state law must be performed while wearing a mask. | Prison 35 minutes.
Note: A beard and mustache and any clothing that does not cover the face do not count as a mask.
1.9 Any criminal activities can only be performed within a criminal organization (Family/Gangs). | Prison 35 - 90 minutes.
Explanation: If you do not belong to an organization and are an ordinary citizen from the point of view of RP logic, you cannot commit a crime.
1.10 Entering the headquarters is forbidden for all other organizations without a reason IC | Prison 35 - 70 minutes

Diplomacy and Relations
1.11 Establishing trade and diplomatic relations requires arriving at the main territory with at least 10 people from the faction. 1.12 An alliance can consist of one gang and a family. Such an agreement must be concluded in an IC manner.
1.13 There is no limit to the number of opposing factions.
1.14 Factions can attack the main territory to demonstrate their dominance. They can also carry out any terrorist attacks on government buildings, warehouses, etc. Each such event must be carried out with the approval of the administration (Chief Curator / DCA / CA). Details can be agreed with the curator of your faction. Note
: The reward for each such event is determined by the administration. Players can propose their own version.
1.15 Alliance allows you to jointly raid a bank, rob a business, Fort Zancudo, Cayo Perico, and trade items and weapons.
Criminal Activity
Robbery - a feature that allows criminal organizations to rob other players. The main targets are money and items.Kidnapping - an RP event. Kidnapping is considered a form of revenge and hostage-taking.
2.1 When kidnapping, you should make sure you do it in the appropriate zone. | Jail 35 minutes 2.2 There is no limit to the number of participants, but there should be twice as many initiators as people trying to rob or kidnap. | Jail 35 minutes. Kidnappings :
3.1 Criminal organizations are prohibited from kidnapping EMS personnel (on duty). | Jail 35 minutes.3.2 The entire kidnapping must be recorded in 720p or higher quality with sound, and the video must be kept for 3 days after the kidnapping ends. | Reprimand the Leader. 3.3 Criminal organizations have the right to confiscate the victim's weapons, but only through the RP. Kidnapping rules for state faction :

4.2 The maximum ransom for the leader/deputy of a criminal organization is $200,000. For the leader/deputy of a state faction, $400,000. For a regular hostage, $50,000.
Note: When it comes to the kidnapping of a state faction leader or their deputy, you can request:
- 400.000$
- 80 heavy bulletproof vests (for a state faction) or 50 light bulletproof vests (for a criminal organization )
- You can split the funds in two: 50% for vests and 50% for cash .
4.4 An attack is only allowed if:
Note: If one of the hostages leaves the game during an ongoing hostage situation, the hostage situation continues as if he were there.
- the victim is not in danger.

Robbery Rules for Criminal Organizations :
