General rules
All players play their role in the Republic of San Andreas, a state located in the southwestern United States of America.Roleplaying should be based on American behavior, modeled after the realities of the US.
The server is positioned as English, and all RP dialogue should be in EN. | Mute time: 10-30 minutes.
Server time is synchronized with GMT+1.
Account and Character
Account:1.1 A player may create no more than 1 account. | Permban.
Explanation: If a new account is created to avoid bans on main accounts, it will be a permban for both accounts. The first ban will result in being blacklisted by the server, and a repeat offense will result in being blacklisted
by the project. 1.2 By creating an account, the player agrees to all server rules.
1.3 The administration is not responsible for the player's account in the event of transfer, hacking, or cheating.
1.4 It is forbidden to have more than one character in a faction/family at the same time. | WARN.
Explanation: If you purchase a third character, you can be in two factions/families at the same time, but one of the three characters must always be without a faction/family.
1.5 A player may not sell, trade, or share their account with a third party. | Permban.
Ownership:
2.1 A player may not own a business without in-game activity. | Confiscation.
Being active means playing for at least 1 hour a day. Paying taxes or being AFK does not count.

In-game name:
3.1 The player must use a realistic name and surname for the character. The name may not contain any hidden meaning. | Imprisonment until the nickname is changed.
Explanation: Names must be realistic. The name may not contain insults, country names, names of cheats and modifications, game mechanics, obscene content, drugs, or violence. The name must comply with Polish or English declensions and pronunciation. The proper name may not be split into a first and last name (example: At Ake).

4.2 Private messages between players are not moderated by the administration. This excludes death threats, excessive toxicity, offers to sell or buy virtual currency and items, distribution of classified information, or prohibited third-party software. Any player can file a complaint about rule violations by other players in the game using /report Also, in case of serious rule violations (such as cheating), the player can contact the admins directly in private messages to receive a quick response.
Game Rules
Chats:
Voice chat is the primary and only IC chat. This is excepted for administration with a "crown" or if all players have agreed to leave IC and join the OOC to clarify or discuss something. Logically, OOC chat is designed for technical breaks, so that the process isn't interrupted if a player breaks the rules (this way, they can be notified). It's also designed for OOC conversations during RP and similar events. You may not combine this chat with role-playing. Always ensure you use this chat correctly .

Role Playing Process :
RDM (Random Deathmatch) - Attacking (injuring or killing) players/groups without an IC reason or prior dialogue. | Weapon use ban 4 hours / Account ban 3-7 daysException: IC dialogue is not mandatory in the following situations:
Threat to the life of characters/their allies (players from the faction, family), namely: aiming a weapon at players, hitting, intentionally running over a character/ally with a vehicle.
Gross insults to characters/their allies (players from the faction, family). Gross insults include: insulting/mentioning relatives, nation, ethnicity, obscene (curse) insults.

Business robbery (killing people involved in the robbery is allowed, killing players who have nothing to do with the robbery is forbidden, etc.).
The location of chests in the danger zone (areas of mechanical, chemical, and industrial plants) and the prohibited zone (Cayo-Perico island) only applies to players who have collected or are collecting (at the chest's location) items from the chest.
VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) - dealing damage or killing a player/group using a vehicle. | Imprisonment 30-90 minutes / Ban 3-7 days
Note: Deliberately attacking other vehicles (ramming) without a valid reason also counts as VDM.
NRP (non-RP) - unrealistic actions or behavior that contradicts RP logic. Also means unrealistic driving and flying. | Imprisonment 30-90 minutes / WARN / Ban for 3-30 days.
Example: Driving vehicles into buildings, driving on mountains, waters and rivers, crossing into oncoming traffic for more than 750 m / 15 seconds (depending on the situation), driving with at least 2 flat tires, flying low to the ground at high speed, as well as landing in areas off designated roads where there is currently regular traffic, etc.
Note: Owning an off-road vehicle does not allow driving in mountains, only on small hills. If you have at least 2 flat tires, you must repair the vehicle at the earliest opportunity, otherwise it counts as NRP.
NLR (New Life Rule) - If a player dies and is revived in the hospital, their character forgets the recent events that led to their death. In this case, the player cannot commit a revenge killing, as this directly constitutes breaking the rule. | Jail 60-90 minutes / WARN / Ban for 3-30 days.
Note:You can only return to the location of your death 15 minutes after death.
PG (Power Gaming) - behavior that the player could not afford in real life.
For example, it is unrealistic to fear for your life when threatened with a weapon or otherwise causing serious harm. Provoking gangs/police or armed men for no reason.
